To all Shared Contacts and Shared Calendar clients - Effective immediately.

PCdotCOM has closed it’s phone-based help desk and discontinued all Phone support for the products listed above. Any and all support - including the purchase of new or additional licenses will now be conducted via e-mail. For help with Shared Calendar or Shared Contacts, please send an e-mail to: Support@PCdotCOM.com detailing whatever issues you may be experiencing. Support calls to our office will be referred to the e-mail system.

As for updates to the Shared Calendar and Shared Contacts programs, we hope to have a new version of both utilities (supporting Office 2007) by end of year 2007. Thank you for your patience.
