In 1994, with a vision of what was to come in the computing industry, Michael Otto opened Virtuality. Focusing on entertainment, Michael soon found himself and his staff inundated with constant requests for technical help. Abandoning the narrow focus of his original plan, Michael began to offer a variety of services more in line with the requests he was getting. New systems, workstations, network servers, web hosting and development... whatever the client needed to accomplish their goals.
With this shift came a name change to better reflect our broader focus, and PC Dot COM was born. Since that time, we have grown into an IT services company with clients ranging in size from small networks of 3 users to large networks of 600+ users. We currently support organizations in the metropolitan area of New York City and Long Island with networks that span across the entire US.
Our reputation has been built on quality of service and our customers expect no less. We work hard to live up to that expectation daily. Contact us. We know we can live up to your expectations too.
